The Modo Yoga Cambridge community means so many things to me...the community has been a source of healing from deep grief and loss and also a place of comfort, joy and connection. The studio is where I have grown, learned to embrace and love my body, be challenged, find calm, dig deep, push my limits, be playful, explore and feel supported. MYC is truly like a second family!
Inspired by our popular Modo Fit class, Mama Fit is a breath-centerer, strength-based fitness class designed with new Mom’s in mind. The format of this class allows you to bring non-mobile babies, and connect with your littles while working the body in a balanced way. Babies can be worn in a carrier during a portion of the class, or stay right next to you on a blanket or snoozing in their carseat. We ask that only non-mobile babies attend. 6 week session: $90+hst (Note: there will be no class on Good Friday – April 19th)
Women – it’s time to befriend, get curious about and better understand the ebbs and flows of your menstrual cycle. In this four part series each session will focus on a particular phase of the menstrual cycle with information on movement, foods, supplementation and lifestyle strategies to feel empowered in your flow versus dreading it.

Our teacher training is for anyone who is looking to deepen and expand their yoga practice, live and learn in community, have tons of fun and become a 500 hour certified yoga teacher.

Inspired by our Be Accessible Pillar, our Energy Exchange program gives students the opportunity to deepen their yoga practice, regardless of their financial situation.
Energy Exchangers (EE’s) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 4 hour shift per week, either at the front desk or cleaning the studio, EE’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
