Chantel You live with yourself for whatever amount of years you've been on this earth and you think you have some idea of who you are. Then you come to this training and it's like there's this whole other brand new person that's been waiting to show itself at the perfect moment. Peace isn't easy to find or hold on to. However, once you've had a taste of it there's no going back, you're on a constant search for how to achieve and maintain it. I found peace in those 30 days and I look forward to spreading that in my community through teaching and the ongoing journey of learning. Chantel Simm Nicaragua 2015

    This class combines slow, controlled flow sequences met with the challenge of containment and muscle work. A great class to increase muscle strength and toning, while getting a great stretch.

  • 3×3

    A straight-forward sequence that combines the familiarity of Modo Yoga with the challenge and cardiovascular element of Vinyasas. This class follows a specific pattern: 3 poses, (up to) 3 vinyasas. A true moving meditation that takes the guess-work out and allows you to tune into your practice.

  • Modo Fit

    A breath-centered, strength-based fitness class designed to compliment your Modo Yoga practice. This class uses resistance bands, an exercise ball, and bars, in order to work all the muscles in the body in a balanced way. The class moves through waves of effort and ease to leave you feeling both balanced and energized.

  • Modo + Yin

    a blend of the stregnth-based portion of the Modo series and a blissful Yin portion to end off the class.   • Modo Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Karma Class

    A $5 Modo class on Friday’s at 8pm. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.
